We all like to think we have a solid plan because as we know "if you fail to plan, you are planning to fail!"  And for the most part we all have an idea of where we would like to be at a point in the future. The pathway there is not always straight forward. Strategic planning is a very important part of being able to get you to your end point. We also understand that it can feel a little overwhelming with a lot of jargon. Words like mission, vision, values ... we all understand what we are trying to get at for the most part, but sometimes the intricacies of the differences confuse us and often times debilitate us from moving forward.
